  • Take the number of pennies in a dollar.
  • Multiply by the number of thirds in a circle.
  • Divide by the number of inches in a foot of string.
  • Subtract the number of nickels in a quarter.


    • Answer:
      100 x 3 = 300
      300 / 12 = 25
      25 - 5 = 20
  • Take the number of toes on both feet.
  • Multiply by the number of pints in a quart.
  • Add the number of months in half a year.
  • Subtract the number of thumbs on two hands.
  • Divide by a dozen oranges.


    • Answer:
      10 x 2 = 20
      20 + 6 = 26
      26 - 2 = 24
      24 / 12 = 2
