Ceremonies -
Bobcat CAST: Cubmaster, 3 Leaders dressed as Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and
Woodstock. NOTE: Your visitors can be a variety of personalities; ET and friends,
Santa’s elves, the Chrismoose, etc. CUBMASTER: I am pleased to announce that we have some very special guests
this evening to help present our advancement awards. We have Mr. Charlie Brown,
with his friends, Snoopy and Woodstock. (The three enter each carrying a
sack.) Charlie has our well-earned, well-deserved advancement awards. Will
Bobcat (NAME) please come forward with his parents? Congratulations on earning the Bobcat rank. (Continue in similar manner with other ranks, as Charlie hands out
awards.) Now Snoopy has a special treat for us all. (Snoopy hands out Christmas
neckerchief slides from Santa to all boys and uniformed adults.) Last, but not least, Woodstock has a gift that we all can work on before
next pack meeting. (Woodstock passes out gift-wrapped Pinewood Derby car kits to boys, to be
completed for the race at the January pack meeting.) Thanks for coming Charlie, Snoopy, and Woodstock. Have a safe trip home.
